The Pengi Live Tutor extension runs only on supported sites and Pengi-owned pages required to render the tutoring interface. On supported sites, the extension may read the current page context to help the tutor understand what you are actively working on.

For example, on supported pages this may include visible problem content, simulation state, or Scratch project information such as the selected sprite, active tab, and current code blocks. The extension also stores the current tutoring context and your signed-in session in browser storage so the tutoring experience can continue across extension surfaces.

If you use live voice tutoring, microphone audio is processed to provide conversational tutoring. Audio and related transcripts or derived outputs may be handled by Pengi and service providers that support the voice tutoring experience.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only in these limited situations:

• With service providers and infrastructure partners that help us operate authentication, hosting, analytics, and tutoring features.
• With AI or speech-processing providers when needed to generate tutoring responses or process voice interactions.
• When required by law, legal process, or to protect users, our services, or our rights.
• As part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law.
